For over 20 years Després Laporte has been offering products carefully selected for service, tasting and preservation of wine, prestigious brands and quality products catering to the particular needs of his clientele. DESPRÉS LAPORTE offers by way of its Web site, a vast variety of different products.

DESPRÉS LAPORTE offers its products to the retail clientele, as well as to restaurants, hotels, institutions, and to the food service in general.

TRANSACTION CURRENCY
Prices shown on our web site are in Canadian Dollar.

ABOUT YOUR ORDER
Your purchases can be sent anywhere in Canada via a small parcels delivery service. Note that shipping has to be to physical addresses because shipping to PO Boxes is not possible.

Your order will usually be handled within 48 business hours (excluding the weekend).

INCOMPLETE ORDERS
If items of your order are out of stock a representative will contact you to coordinate your delivery.

The delivery charges are added to the total of your purchase. If exceptional packing is required, you will be informed or the additional costs.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
DESPRES LAPORTE makes a commitment to meticulously check products before they ship to ensure that they are neither damaged nor defective. There will be no refunds or exchanges for glasses, decanters or any other item made of glass or crystal. If products are damaged in the shipping process, you have to lodge a complaint with the transport company within 48 hours, by giving the tracking number of your parcel.

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. Should you wish to return your purchase, we shall accept to exchange items unused, and in their original packing, accompanied by all the instructions booklets and the warranties if applicable within 15 days of the purchase. For any return you must obtain an authorization number. No return will be accepted without the authorization number.

The freight costs will not be refunded except if we delivered an incorrect item or further to an error of our part. The shipping costs for returns are at the buyer expense.

GIFT CARDS
DESPRÉS LAPORTE Gift cards are available and can be mailed, free of charges, to any Canadian destination. Gift cards can be used for purchases on Web or in any of our locations (Sherbrooke, Granby and Laval) and are valid for a period of 24 months following their emission. Gift cards are not refundable.

MULTIPLE DELEVERY DESTINATIONS
For orders to multiple delivery points, you have to place separate orders.

IN-STORE PICKUP
Web-site orders can be picked up at the DESPRÉS LAPORTE location of your choice. You have to wait for a confirmation by our staff informing you that your order is ready to collect in store.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Master-Card.
